Craig's Story
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My path toward subtle energy mechanics began with a simple curiosity: What lies beneath the surface of our thoughts and feelings? Over time this curiosity became a calling to study the energetic landscapes that shape our experiences.
I’ve explored meditation, breathwork, yoga, energy healing, sound therapy and countless conversations with elders and teachers. Through it all I’ve learned that true transformation is both gentle and profound, emerging from within when we slow down and listen.
Professionally, my background spans science and the humanities, giving me a grounded yet creative approach to subtle energy work. I’ve worked with individuals, groups and organizations to cultivate awareness, clarity and resilience. My goal is not to impose dogma but to hold space for your own discoveries.
I believe every person has the capacity to shift their state and influence their wellbeing through conscious attention.
When I’m not facilitating sessions or creating resources, you’ll find me wandering through forests, experimenting in the kitchen, or sharing laughter with loved ones. These simple joys remind me that energy work is about living fully in the here and now.

The Approach
When Science and Subtle Energy Meet
My path into this work began with survival, not theory. Like many of the people I now work with, I lived in a body that could not turn off. Stillness felt like danger. So I learned to master motion — to study, achieve, perform.
Eventually, the system broke. What I once thought was ambition was actually protection. That realization began a different kind of study — one that blended nervous-system science, energy medicine, and contemplative practice.
What I found wasn’t another strategy for control. It was a way back to coherence, to safety, to the quiet intelligence that’s been there all along.
You’re in the Right Place If…
You’ve Done Everything Right
You’ve optimized, achieved, and healed — yet something still feels off. Your body hasn’t caught up with the progress your mind has made.
You Can’t Find “Off”
Even rest feels like effort. You crave peace, but your system confuses it with danger.
You Straddle Two Worlds
You trust science, but you also know something unseen is guiding this. You want both — evidence and energy, data and depth.
You’re Ready to Return
You’ve lived in overdrive long enough. You’re not looking for more control — you’re looking for home inside your own system.
